What I Do
I'm Head of AI & Innovation at Pinpoint, where we build applicant tracking software used by global enterprises. I joined as employee #18 and the first Product Manager during rapid growth, then built the Integrations team from 0 to 4 engineers—reducing integration build times from ~2 weeks to 2-3 days. I am now back in the product team where I oversee AI & Innovation across engineering and product.
Before my current role, I ran DWE Digital, a consultancy helping clients scale e-commerce and digital operations. I've also invested in consumer e-commerce and marketplace businesses.
Background
My career has spanned product management, digital marketing, analytics, and technical leadership. Highlights include Product Development Director at iProspect (working with adidas, Burberry, Coca-Cola), Digital Operations at GHOST Vapes across Jersey, London and California, and founding Fetch.je during COVID—going from idea to launch in 5 days, facilitating hundreds of thousands of pounds in sales before selling to Jersey Post.

I co-founded and manage the Channel Islands Python User Group, bringing together local developers to learn and share knowledge. I've also mentored at Digital Jersey, teaching digital marketing to local businesses and startups.
